How Munshid.app began

Munshid.app was never really meant to be public.

I am part of a group of about 20 munshidun who recite poems and Islamic content. Through my experiences there, I started to wonder whether I could use my own skills to build something that is genuinely useful. That is where the idea for Munshid.app came from.

At first I only wanted to build the site for myself, for private use. With the help of AI and modern technology, I wanted to find out whether it was possible to create tools that help with the Quran, with recitation and with poems.

Over time, this small project kept growing. I came up with the idea myself and built the site step by step – with AI supporting the development, but with my own vision of what Munshid.app should be.

If these tools can be of use to me – why shouldn't I give others the same chance?

That is why I decided to open Munshid.app to the public for a limited time.

I am the only one behind the whole project. The idea, the concept and the implementation are mine. AI was a tool that helped me build and develop this idea faster.

Even so, I am very grateful to the roughly 20 munshidun I share this path with. It was through my time with them that I first thought I might be able to build something that gives others a small advantage.

What was once meant only for me, I now want to share with you for a while.
