Rules for using munshid.app

munshid.app is a tool for writing, following, transliterating and translating nasheeds and poems. By signing up and using it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Account

  • One account per person. Multiple or fake accounts made to get around limits are not allowed and will be banned.
  • Your account is for you only. Login details may not be passed on, shared or sold.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

2. Prohibited content

  • Content from or for terrorist and extremist organisations – including their nasheeds, songs, speeches, symbols, names and propaganda – is strictly prohibited. This applies to uploads, texts, translations and anything created with the tools.
  • Also prohibited: calls for violence, glorifying violence or attacks, hate speech against people or groups, and any form of incitement.
  • Any other unlawful content and content that infringes the rights of others (e.g. copyright) is prohibited as well.

3. Monitoring and consequences

  • Uploaded audio, entered text and created content are reviewed – automatically and by the team.
  • Content that breaks these terms is deleted and blocked without warning.
  • The account is permanently banned and the membership (Panel Access) ends immediately. Periods already paid for are not refunded in that case, as far as the law allows.
  • New accounts of banned people are banned as well.

4. Fair use

  • The tools may not be used automatically, by script or excessively. Daily limits may not be circumvented.
  • No attempts to disrupt the site, its security or other users.

5. Panel Access and payment

  • Panel Access is bought through a ticket and unlocked for the chosen period (7, 30 or 90 days).
  • The free account can try the tools to a limited extent; what is included and the limits may change.

6. AI and the Quran

  • AI results (texts, transliterations, translations, analyses) may contain mistakes and come without guarantee. They do not replace a teacher.
  • The Quran section is for reading and listening; to learn recitation, a qualified teacher cannot be replaced.

7. Changes

  • These terms may be updated. Continuing to use munshid.app after a change means you accept the new version.
  • The service may be limited, changed or ended at any time.
